YL Running Club ("the app") is an invite-only club media library.

Data we collect

When you sign in and use the app, we store:

Email and account info (email/password or Google sign-in)
Profile details you provide (name, gender, join date, optional photo)
Club training media you or coaches upload (videos, images, audio, PDFs, links, text)

The app may request photo library or camera access when you upload media.

How we use it

Data is used to run the club library, show member profiles, and share training content. We do not sell your data or use advertising or analytics SDKs.

Share links to techniques or classes can be viewed by anyone with the link.

Third parties

Account and database hosting (Supabase) and media storage (Cloudflare). Google sign-in is optional.
